Interlibrary Loan Article Troubles?
Are you having difficulties opening your interlibrary loan attachments in Gmail? You’re not alone as recent changes in Gmail have been preventing successful delivery of interlibrary loan articles to students with Gmail email accounts. Computing Services is presently investigating the problem.
In the meantime, if you receive notification that your document is available but are unable to open the PDF or if you receive blank email notification, contact Cheryl Mancini at (360) 992-2559 or cmancini@clark.edu and I will resend your document. I am in the office Monday through Friday from 7:30AM to 4:00PM and will respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible.
