Culinary Display in Honor of the Opening of the Tod and Maxine McClaskey Culinary Institute
Come take a look at our culinary display featuring many of the books purchased to support the Clark College culinary program.
The Tod and Maxine McClaskey Culinary Institute officially opened on Tuesday, November 28, 2017. The ribbon-cutting included a thank-you to donors, cooking and baking demonstrations, and tours of the $10.5 million facility. The next cohort starts Fall 2018.
